As we are praying for the heartbreaking situation in Ukraine, many of us are seeking some additional way to help. Briarwood’s Outreach Committee has been considering the best way for Briarwood to participate, and we are initiating a project in aid of Ukrainian families who are coming to Quebec. We would like to invite you to participate by donating items for the collection project at St. Sophie's Ukrainian Church. A list of required items is provided below, and we will accept donations at Briarwood before worship services on each of the next 4 Sundays terminating on Easter Sunday.
Please consider donating any of these items, or donating financially through the PWSD initiative for Ukraine. If you would like to volunteer to drive the items down to Ste. Sophie's please let us know and we will organize the delivery. If you are members of other groups/organizations/clubs/associations which are looking for ways to help, please encourage them to contribute to this project as well.
