Mid-week Message

Greetings!

“This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” - John 15:12

Jesus is our servant king. His commandment is to love one another. That means putting the needs of others before our own needs. During this time when we feel so much dissatisfaction with many different aspects of our lives, we must remember Jesus’ servant leadership. Let us build each other up instead of focusing on criticisms and complaints. We are all in this together. May the lyrics from the song Servant King inspire us to follow Jesus’ lead and serve others with the love that Jesus has shown to us.

From Heaven, You came helpless babe Entered our world, your glory veiled

Not to be served but to serve

And give Your life that we might live

So let us learn how to serve

And in our lives enthrone Him

Each other's needs to prefer

For it is Christ we're serving

This is our God, The Servant King He calls us now to follow Him To bring our lives as a daily offering Of worship to The Servant King
