Saturday, Nov. 18th - Fall Clean-up at Briarwood: From 9 am – 12 noon. Bring your rakes and cleaning cloths. Children can help too. Donuts and coffee at 11 am.

Sunday, Nov. 19th: Two worship services at Briarwood – our traditional service at 10 am and our contemporary service at 11:30 am, led by The Rev. Dr. Roland De Vries, with children’s faith program and nursery space at both. The scripture readings are 2 Kings 5:1-14, Psalm 61 and John 21:1-19 – “Hearth and Healing”. Fall Study series at 11:15 am, led by The Rev. Dr. Harry Kuntz. Kids’ Worship Club and the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality course at 1 pm.

Coats for Kids & International Students: Briarwood is collecting lightly used winter coats, boots, scarves, mittens, etc. for our “Coats Collection” next Sunday, Nov. 26th. They will be donated to Riverview Elementary School in Verdun, and to McGill’s international students who will be experiencing their first Canadian winter. If you bring your items in bags, it would help if you label the bags “for adults” or “for children”. Thank you!
