Funeral for Rev. Dr. William Klempa: Saturday, Mar. 18th at 11:00 am at the Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul, 3415 Redpath St., Montreal H3G 2G2; visitation with the family from 10:15–10:45 am in the church’s narthex.

Sunday, Mar. 19th – 3rd Sunday in Lent:

Two worship services at Briarwood at 10:00 and 11:30 am, with kids’ faith program and nursery space at both. Rev. Sarina is preaching a series of sermons on fasting. The scriptures this week are Nehemiah 13:4-13, Psalm 84 and Matthew 6:19-34 – Fast an activity – fast an extravagance. At 11:15 am Rev. Dr. Harry Kuntz will continue a 5-week Lenten Study series in the East room.

Briarwood’s Kids’ Worship Club meets after the 11:30 service - don’t forget to bring a bag lunch and your instruments.
